Failure of complex systems

This article represents a clear explanation about the root of the problems that exist in many large I.T. organizations. Management simply doesn’t understand the basic principles of encapsulation that are clearly described by some of the software development mavens. The software analysts, architects, designers, and programmers would be better off if we somehow got transported to a universe where solidly engineered component architecture was the norm instead of the exception.
